Terms of Service

The terms for using OfferCue, including your content, AI assistance, paid access and cancellation.

1. Your agreement with us

OfferCue is operated by NEXTBOUND LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16936834. Registered office: Initial Business Centre, Unit 7 Wilson Business Park, Manchester, England, M40 8WN, United Kingdom.

These terms apply to your use of OfferCue. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it. OfferCue-specific terms govern this service if they differ from general terms on our company website.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing; our Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

2. Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information and keep your email account, sign-in codes and password secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share or resell an account to bypass access restrictions.

OfferCue helps you create and refine resumes using information you provide. You remain responsible for deciding what to include and for reviewing, saving copies of and submitting your application materials.

3. Your content and AI output

You retain your rights in the resumes, files, prompts and other content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display that content as necessary to provide, secure and support OfferCue, including sending relevant content to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy.

As between you and us, you may use the generated resume content for your applications. We do not claim ownership of your career history or resume. AI output may not be unique and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction.

AI can make mistakes or suggest unsupported claims. Review dates, facts, achievements and wording before relying on output. OfferCue does not guarantee interviews, employment, hiring outcomes or acceptance by applicant-tracking systems, and does not provide legal or regulated professional advice.

4. Acceptable use

Use OfferCue lawfully and only submit material you have the right to process. In particular, do not:

  • Upload unlawful content, infringe another person’s rights, impersonate others or use the service for fraudulent applications.
  • Attempt unauthorised access, bypass authentication or payment controls, distribute malware or disrupt the service.
  • Run automated bulk traffic, resell access or use unlimited plans to operate a third-party service without our written agreement.

Unlimited plans cover ordinary personal use of the included features. Reasonable technical and security controls may still apply to prevent abuse or protect availability.

5. Trials, plans and payment

The current free trial lasts 3 days and requires no payment card. It does not automatically become a paid subscription. After it ends, an eligible paid plan is needed to continue paid features; your existing resumes remain viewable.

Available plans, prices, currency, billing periods, discounts and applicable taxes are shown on the plans page and at checkout. Stripe processes payments. Check the total and renewal terms before completing a purchase.

  • Subscriptions: you authorise recurring charges at the interval selected at checkout, currently every 1, 3 or 6 months, until cancelled. An introductory discount may apply only to the first period; the subsequent amount is shown before purchase.
  • One-time passes: a single payment buys access for the selected 1, 3 or 6 month period. A pass expires and does not renew. It is not lifetime access.
  • Redemption codes: access and any expiry conditions follow the offer shown when redeeming the code. A free redemption does not create a refundable payment.

If a payment fails, paid access may end or be suspended. We will communicate changes to recurring prices before they apply, allowing you to cancel before renewal where required. Price changes do not retrospectively change a completed one-time purchase.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel automatic renewal through Account menu → Billing, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid that charge. Access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Stopping use, deleting a resume or requesting account deletion does not itself cancel a Stripe subscription. If you cannot access the billing portal, email hello@offercue.app for help and clearly request cancellation.

Refund eligibility, how to request a refund and the effect on paid access are set out in the Refund Policy. Cancellation and a refund are separate requests. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer remedies or withdrawal rights.

7. Availability and ending access

We aim to provide a reliable service with reasonable care and skill. Availability can be affected by maintenance, faults and third-party services, and features may change. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes affecting a paid period where reasonably possible.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, a material breach, unlawful activity or a security risk. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to resolve it. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account.

If we permanently discontinue a paid service during a prepaid period for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund the unused portion of that period. Account termination does not remove rights or obligations that arose beforehand.

8. Our responsibility

We are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information you provide or decisions made by employers, recruiters or other third parties.

If you use OfferCue for business purposes, to the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit or business opportunity. These exclusions do not limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your mandatory rights concerning services and digital content remain unaffected. Nothing here removes remedies for a service that is defective or not as described.

9. Law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections and court rights available in your country of residence. Nothing here requires you to waive those rights or submit to mandatory arbitration.

We may update these terms and will show the revised date above. We will give notice of material changes where required. Changes do not remove rights relating to earlier purchases; if a change requires your agreement, we will obtain it.

For terms or disputes, email legal@offercue.app. For billing or service assistance, email hello@offercue.app. You can also write to our registered office. Mention OfferCue so we can route your request.
